Chocolate and coffee, a match made in heaven. This choc chia pudding will satisfy those sweet tooth cravings, and is an easy recipe to fuel your day.
Chia puddings need at least three hours in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to work their magic. This pudding can be customised with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds or nut butters or even chocolate shavings for an extra bit of indulgence.
We recommend our Natural Maple Roasted Almonds for a slightly sweet, crunchy topping to compliment the coffee and maple in this recipe.
